Personal Data Processing Notice
As Tunçlar Holding A.S., we place the utmost importance on the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we process all personal data as the Data Controller in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) to ensure its protection. In order to inform you about your rights with this sense of responsibility, this disclosure text has been prepared by Tunçlar Holding A.S. as the Data Controller in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Principles and Procedures for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes, within the framework of the basic principles set forth by the KVKK and the personal data processing conditions and purposes stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK: Fulfilling the activities within the scope of projects conducted by Tunçlar Holding A.S. in compliance with contracts, legislation, and company policies. Planning and execution of human resources policies and processes. Ensuring the commercial and legal security of individuals who have a business relationship with Tunçlar Holding A.S., and following up on legal transactions. Execution of Procurement Processes for Goods / Services, Execution of Contract Processes, Providing Information to Authorized Individuals, Institutions, and Organizations, Execution of Customer Relations Management Processes, Evaluation and follow-up of requests and complaints, Ensuring physical space security, Sustaining information security activities, and fulfilling the requirements of Law No. 5651, Providing announcement and information sharing through our website.
Recipients and Purposes of Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to domestic/foreign recipients within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes stated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, in order for Tunçlar Holding A.S. to fulfill its legal obligations, to comply with obligations arising from legislation, to create strategies within the scope of our commercial activities, and to achieve human resources, financial, and administrative policies. These recipients may include Tunçlar Holding A.S. executives, company officials, shareholders, employees, business partners, service providers or third parties, consultants, auditors, private law or public legal entities, individuals, Social Security Institution, ministries, judicial authorities, and other competent authorities authorized by law and requesting information sharing.
Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is collected through various methods and purposes, in accordance with the conditions set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK. These methods and purposes include filling out the Job Application Form or Complaint and Suggestion Form on our website, submitting any kind of information and documents to the Data Controller in person, by hand, through the website, electronic mail, cargo, references, and similar methods, as well as through reporting activities based on the contract requirements with the Employer. Your personal data is also collected through activities carried out within the scope of subcontractor agreements or relevant contracts, visitor registration book, security cameras located at security points, telephone, e-mail, fax, corporate correspondence, and reporting activities. Additionally, personal data is collected through legal documents and notifications sent to us to fulfill our legal obligations, commercial processes executed for the continuation of our commercial activities, and promotion and similar processes related to our activities.
Your Rights as the Data Subject
As the data subject, you have the rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which are:

To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether this data is used appropriately for its purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request that the correction be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law, and to request that the deletion process be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation for damages in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
Method for Exercising Your Rights as the Data Subject
You can submit your requests regarding your above-mentioned rights as the data subject to the address of the Data Controller, "Tunçlar Holding A.S." in writing or by filling out and signing the Relevant Person Application Form on the website www.tunclarholding.com.tr and sending it to kvkk@tunclarholding.com.tr electronically. The Data Controller reserves the right to verify your identity before responding to your request. The responsibility for providing correct information belongs to you, and the Data Controller will not be responsible for any liability arising from providing incorrect information. However, if the process requires an additional cost, we reserve the right to charge you the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Board.
